About our shipping:
All items are shipped in securely packed, sturdy boxes. US buyers will prepay exact postage for UPS Ground. Use the calculator on this page to figure exact cost. Seriously, we're not charging a dime over what we pay. Insurance is required on all packages and will be included in the shipping cost. With UPS shipping your package is 100% trackable from start to finish. In the very rare event of loss or damage all issues can be resolved in a speedy manner. Payments made through PayPal can ONLY be shipped to the verified address on file with PayPal. Since all domestic shipping is done via UPS we CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be sure to include a physical street address with your payment.
For international shipping we will ONLY ship via USPS Priority International or USPS Express International. Insurance is also REQUIRED for international packages. Under no circumstances will we ship a package via First Class International as it is extremely slow and is not insurable. Please use the rate calculator below to figure exact cost. Again, we're not charging anything over our actual cost.
Our number one goal is to see that you receive your merchandise in a safe, secure and timely manner. The "cram it in an envelope and ship it as cheap as possible" mentality doesn't sit well with us. Feel absolutely free to disagree with our philosphy but please don't complain to us about shipping rates. If you feel the shipping charge is too high then adjust your bid accordingly or simply don't bid. The bottom line is, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.
