Per eBay policy, I only accept Pay-Pal payments.

I will gladly where possible combine items to reduce excess shipping fees.

Insured / TRACKING Packages USPS RULES

All packages have a USPS tracking number and are insured. Some will be insured by USPS and others that are unlikely to be damaged by a third party and honored by myself and them simply to satisfy the new all packages uinsured rules.

Lost packages: I can have a tracking search done and lost claim filed 21 BUSINESS days after shipping. Business days only include Monday - Friday except holidays, the post office does not count Saturdays and Sundays as business days.
So basically the estimated shipping times below can extend up to 26-29 days before a package is considered lost or undelived by the USPS.

DAMAGED PACKAGES: Im the unlikely event something is damaged and is insured by the USPS the process is simple.
1. KEEP the original box and all packing materials.
2. I will send you a USPS claim form (faster than the online version) filled out with my details and all required documentation.
3. Upon receipt of the Insurance Claim Form you take that along with the item in the original box with all packing materials to your nearest USPS, they will finish the claim there.

NOTE ON SHIPPING TIMES:

ME: 
I ship within 2 days of payment being made. So, if you pay on a Tuesday evening, I will ship generally on Thursday.

The Post Office:
Well, here is where confusion reigns. USPS only considers shipping time frames based on business days which THEY define as Monday - Friday except holidays.
So, if your item ships on a Thursday and the estimated time is 5 days, to the post office that time frame becomes 7 days and up to 8 if the following Monday is a holiday.

COMMUNICATION:

I send out invoices for items generally within the hour after an item ends.

I acknowledge receipt of your payment and tell you when it will ship, the how is of course stated in the invoice.

I prepare all mailing labels via eBay / PayPal shipping and you should receive notice of this from PayPal with the delivery confirmation / insurance number from the USPS.
As a back up I send you notice I shipped that day.

ACTUAL DELIVERY (ESTIMATES):

Priority Mail - 5-7 business days
Parcel Post - 7-14 business days
Media Mail - 7-14 business days

Again, if it has not been delivered in the max time estimated AFTER I ship, the post office will not consider it lost until the time frame specified in the lost insured rule above.

At this point I will apologize in advance for our postal service when slow delivery happens.

I do ALL I can to get your item to you quickly, but once placed in the hands of the USPS we are at their mercy!
