Sorry but we don't ship out of the United States.  I work full-time and run a busy household but I try my best to ship next postal day after payment has cleared or has been received.  If item is not as described to the best of my ability, I will refund you the amount you paid, minus shipping, within three days after item is received, but I know that will not be necessary as you will love this Littlest Pet Shop Sets!!!!!!
