Popularized by “Seinfeld” during the late 90’s, Festivus is a non-denominational holiday that extols the virtues of verbosity, browbeating, public shaming, and physical strength.  Although generally celebrated each December or January, the actual Festivus recognition date is entirely relative to the celebrant.  In recent years, annual Festivus parties have become part of the holiday canon for many and share many common rituals.

Over the past several years, I’ve looked far and wide for Festivus cards that would do the holiday proud and spread the unique “cheer” of the Festivus season.  Each year I felt the stinging shame of failure as I walked slump-shouldered through the snow, from card shop to card shop with nothing to show for my troubles but empty hands and a head full of bad memories.  From that shame, though, came the inspiration to tackle fate directly in the Costanza style and create my own custom line of Festivus cards.  And now it’s time to share the fruit of those efforts and save you from the pain of searching for Festivus – I’ll bring Festivus to you!
