Hershey's Village: KMart Stores  
This piece is one of many in the Hershey's Holiday Village collection I have for auction.  These pieces were purchased in 1991 from K-Mart and were a one time / one year series.   I have six buildings listed. 

This auction is for the chocolate factory.  I am also enclosing the accessory piece of cocoa beans.  The hand rails on the stairs have been reattached but do not take away from the piece at all.  This is a wonderful addition to your village collection. 

I do not have the light for this piece but know they can easily be found at Wal-Mart, Shopko, Walgreens, or any where holiday village items are sold.  It will come in original box and styrofoam enclosure.  The box has typical wear and tear.  I will make certain this item is securely packaged prior to shipping.  All my items come from a smoke free home, however I do have pets.

I will ship FEDEX ground.  I will combine shipping when possible to save on shipping charges.  Please email me with questions prior to bidding.  Payment is expected 72 hours after auction ends.
