Heat transfer vinyls are a great way to customize shirts, jerseys, sweats and much more. Vinyl film for cad cut transfers are great for small run customization for names, numbers, simple text and logos, and on the spot decorating! Lets say you have a baseball team to decorate. They have 22 jerseys with all the same front logo, no problem to screen print right? However, on the back they want an individual name and number on each jersey. If the only thing you can do is screen print, that's 44 different images you would have to print films for, burn screens, and carefully print. With a die cutter (cricut)  and this heat transfer vinyl you can cut, weed, and heat transfer in a matter of a few minutes per jersey! Yup, its that easy!  With a 12 inch by 12 inch sheet you can make at least 4 shirts lettered with 2.5 inch lettering.

Heat Applied Films - Applications Instructions.

All films must be cut in mirror image. It's recommended that the fabric or garment is pre-pressed before the film is applied to help remove any moisture or wrinkles before applying the films on them. Moisture in the fabric may prevent the films from bonding properly. Use a Teflon or silicon sheet between the film and iron to help prevent scorching. This Teflon is already applied to the vinyl when you get it from us. You can use a thin piece of  cotton fabric like a pillow case between the iron and Teflon to help assist in sliding the iron.

Application Temp: 320-350 Degrees F or set your hand iron to cotton
Pressure Time: 10-15 Seconds
Application Pressure: Medium to firm (40 to 60 psi).
Peel: COLD

Machine wash and dry as needed.
