Your item will be shipped the same day if you ordered
and payment cleared before 8PM PST daily (except Saturday and Holidays).

For some models, we will not pack it by Retail Box. For
two reasons 1) Retail Boxes often are damaged in transit 2) Some Retail Boxes
are overweight, which result in the postage are too high. In this case, we will
use SPECIAL COMPACT CARTON BOX for packing your item. If you want to know if the
item your auctioned will be packed in original box or not, please see the above
"THE AUCTION INCLUDES" section.

The Tracking Number will be filed automatically through
eBay to the buyer's eBay email address upon shipment. If you didn’t receive the
Tracking Number as promised, please inquiry it by emailing us at: sowaytech.service@gmail.com and please also include your

For DOA ITEM (Defective on Arrival), buyer has 14 days
to send the item back to us for exchange the same model or pay price difference

but we cannot provide Australia PIN charger.

90 days free of charge for repairing under the
warranty, we will use the arrival time and date shown on courier's website as
