I do not make any claims as to the performance of the item or quality of the pictures or video that it takes.

ALL items sold are MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ONLY. All warranty service and technical support are provided by manufacturer. Items received DOA (Dead On Arrival) will be exchanged or repaired by the manufacturer. DOA implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready to use after taking out from the box. Buyer must report this issue to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the 48 hours after the item is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exceptions will be considered about the time issue.

If you would like to return the product, returns are accepted within 7 days from when you received the item. All accessories, cables, manual and packaging must be included inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer. Returned merchandise should be well packed. Items with missing parts, any kind of damage (camera, accessories or box) will not be accepted.
