I highly believe in customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with the product/shipping/etc, please let me know so I can fix it. I can't fix things if I'm not told about them. I am a very honest seller and never overcharge on shipping. If you notice that shipping is lower than what you paid, please email me before leaving any kind of a rating. Sometimes we have surcharges we have to pay (depending on where it's going) and shipping materials are not free. Not all buyers are aware of this. I will always refund partial shipping amounts if I overcharged by too much by accident.

Regarding DSR's: I, myself always leave honest feedback, but DSR's are VERY important for a seller! I always fall short on the shipping amount, but that is out of my control. I always charge the same (or near the same) as the post office. If you notice a HUGE difference between what I charged you and what is on the package, please let me know BEFORE leaving any ratings! I appreciate you helping me keep my ratings up!
