This item is a Lemax 1995 Village Collection - Porcelain Returning From Shopping, Item # 53146, the item itself is in excellent condition. The original styrofoam package is in good condition and the box is in fair condition because it slightly torn on one side. This lovely piece is a wonderful addition to a Christmas Village and has been taken care of with TLC, a great accent piece to a wintery scene. Great Buy!
