Working Condition:

·         Great: The item is in perfect working condition.

·         Good: The item may have some minor operating issues.

·         Poor: The item has some major operating issue.

Cosmetic Condition:

·         Great: There are no scratches, scuffs, or imperfections.

·         Good: There’re minor scratches, scuffs, or other imperfections.

·         Fair: There’re considerable scratches, scuffs, or imperfections.

·         Poor: There’re major scratches, scuffs, or other imperfections.

Any of the major condition or cosmetic issues will be detailed, if needed, in the item condition above.

Both Domestic and International orders are processed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 business day. APO/FPO and PO. Boxes will be shipped via USPS only.
Please make sure your shipping address is confirmed to avoid delays in shipping. Tracking Number(s) will be emailed through eBay messages.

 We accept returns within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your item(s), unless otherwise specified in the listing. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING with tracking numbers.

- SEVEN days money back (purchase price incl. the initial shipping and handling costs). Item Must Be Returned In The Same Condition As It Was Shipped In (in its original packaging, all contents intact and not damaged).

- Item is NOT AS ADVERTISED, or DEFECTIVE. Please ship the entire package (manual, parts you may have received) back. If we don't receive the shipment back within 14 days of initial contact, we will asume that you have changed your mind and we will cancel the return. Once the item arrives, we will inspect the item within 2 business days to verify the problem(s), and send you a replament that matches the original ad, if available. Or we will refund your purchase price incl. the initial shipping and handling costs.

NOTE:

1. If the item is not "defective", or is otherwise "as advertised". We will notify you and you will be refunded your purchase price only, minus 25% re-stocking fee. It means your initial shipping and handlings costs will not be refunded. 

2. If you dropped your item, broke, or damaged it for some reasons. A replacement or refund will NOT be available.

3. We will charge you a fee based on the replacement cost of the missing or damaged contents (manuals, part(s), etc.)  that are not shipped back with the item.

4. If it is clearly our fault, we will send you a return shipping lable and refund your purchase price incl. the initial shipping and handling costs at once.
