Here's some comments from a Canadian customer who just purchased one of these TM34 Lift from us in June 2010 Hi Jim,
Just want to thank you for all you help getting this machine safely to my door. I appreciate the extra effort that was involved in making this go smoothly,right down to the truck driver. Jim the driver,(I'm sorry but I can't remember his last name) is a great guy who stayed with us and got the lift running,made sure we were happy with it and went over the lift with us. I know it's standard procedure to check delivery before signing off, but Jim could have very easily performed a cursory inspection and driven off.One of the sensors on the stabilizers wasn't making good contact and he stayed with us until we found the problem. I think you should use this guy every chance you get Jim. He's a very personable gentleman and a plus on the service end.
To sum everything up,I really like the lift.It's very stable and set's up in about five minutes. As my business grows,I'm definitely keeping you in mind for future purchases of machinery.
