  We cannot warrant in any way batteries in items.  Think of batteries in scales, phones, flashlights, watches, timers on appliances, etc.

  Please let us know if you need to expedite shipping.  We choose the least expensive shipping method in order to keep your costs down.  We ship most items the day after you have paid for your item.   If parcel post says it will take 2 to 9 business days to arrive at your address, assume it will take that long.  If you are not at your home and there is a little notice on your door letting you know that you have a package waiting at the Post Office, you may have to go to the Post Office and pick the item up. 

   

• ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED TO PROTECT AGAINST LOSS FROM SHIPPING DAMAGE.  We are unable to file claims to UPS, or USPS for you.  We will be more than happy to guide you through the claims process.  We will be happy to provide you with any information you might need to file a claim.  If a package is lost or broken during delivery, we cannot offer a free replacement or refund. 

  Unless our listing specifically states that there is a flaw or something does not work correctly, assume it looks and acts new.  An item may get banged and not work correctly when it gets to you.  If an item does not work correctly when it gets to you, please do not assume we are trying to sell you broken goods.  Unless otherwise noted, the item worked when it was tested.  We work in good faith.
