We will install it along with all the necessary drivers and provide you the disk and Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) . Whenever a new system is sold with Windows pre-installed, it MUST include the original disk and CoA, as viewed on Microsoft's website. All Sales are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. If your product is defective or damaged (DOA), e-mail us within 14 days of receiving shipment at: sales@wydan.com .&. Once the RMA number is given, it MUST be shipped back to us within 10 business days. Failure to do so will void the RMA. All returned products will be tested. For all products that are tested and are functioning properly, it will be shipped back you, the customer. The customer be subject to a 20% service charge and will be responsible for all shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even when "Free Shipping" is offered. No refunds after 30 days of purchase. Software is always non-refundable under any circumstance. Customer is responsible for for S&H charges for product back to us. All valid warranty/RMA claims will be returned to our customers at our expense.

Customer must regularly maintain PC components by removing dust and buildup from normal use. Your product is guaranteed to work once you receive it. If you are having issues within the first 14 days of receiving it, please contact us and we will take the proper actions to troubleshoot your issue. If needed, we will repair/replace the product at our discretion. S&H will be covered by us. If your component is not available, we will provide one of similar or greater value. This product is chosen at Wydan_Tech's discretion.
