The two adjoining lots for auction are located in the Goldtown Subdivision in the Mojave area of Kern County, California approximately 65 miles from Los Angeles, 8 miles north of Rosamond, and 50 miles southeast of Bakersfield. Home of Edwards Airforce Base and Americas first civilian spaceport, Mojave is the gateway to the San Joaquin Valley and the Mojave Desert.
