Our items are professionally packaged for extra care during shipment. Package tracking information will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as it is available. A tracking number will also be posted with your item listing information on eBay.

Store Of Decor ships on weekdays (Monday - Friday). We DO NOT ship on weekends or national holidays. Purchases made on
Fridays usually ship (and you will receive tracking) on MONDAY.

Store Of Decor ships within 72 hours of item payment clearing. (MOST THE TIME ITS SOONER)
Ground shipping services should deliver your package within 10 business days.
Delays in package arrival are commonly caused by the following:
*weekends and national holidays (these days DO NOT count toward our stated delivery times)
*delay of payment by the buyer - we  process on receipt of your payment.
*scheduling delays by the Shipping Company - once the shipper receives your item, Store Of Decor has no control Even if the package tracking states "rescheduled delivery", the actual delivery date is usually within the original estimated time of arrival.

Please contact our customer service if you have received a product in damaged condition, we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your damaged item for a Return Authorization Number. We will NOT accept unauthorized returns. Items must be returned in their original box. Any damage that occurred AFTER the item as been used is NOT returnable to us. Refer to any manufacturer's warranties for their return policies.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of
receipt. A Return Authorization Number must be issued by our return department before any returns will be accepted. Please be
aware that non-defective merchandise refunds will be the sum of the original price paid, less all shipping fees. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All refunds will be issued by the same means of
payment (i.e. If you paid with PayPal your refund will come from PayPal).  Non-defective merchandise must be in its original packaging. and must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced upon receipt by Store Of Decor.
