Component speaker set will be sent in the original box with bubbles/sponge via AirMail to resist rough handling. Product will reach you in a tip-top condition. All items are BRAND NEW! 

ALL products will be mailed within 1-2 days of payment which excludes SAT and SUN(ie. If payment is made on Friday, product will be mailed on Monday morning) In most cases, the product will be mailed the following day after payment is received.

The product will take 4-10 working days to reach any part of Australia! Transit time for other countries please enquire. Products posted on Monday will normally reach Australia by Thursday or Friday. Worst case scenario is that it will reach you by the end of next week.

Currently we only do REGISTERED postage(4-10 working days) as Express post(3-5 working days) will cost a lot more. If you wish to use express mail, please message me for a exact quote. We can use DHL express services if needed.

All purchased products are bound to the terms of the seller:

1. Products sold are exchangeable within 7 days. From the day it reaches you.
2. Products that are damaged during transit can be exchanged within 7 days. Proof of damaged product must be submitted.(Picture taken on damaged goods)
3. Buyer will pay for shipping both ways if there is a case of item exchange unless it is a mistake made by the seller. This doesn't include items damaged during transit, only if the seller mistakenly send the wrong product. Buyer will just have to pay for shipping one way in that case. Seller will compensate with extra products and shipping to the destination.
4. Seller may refuse to exchange the products and are subject to availability.
