These are OWNER's condos not Timeshare units. These condos are in much better shape than the timeshare units with additional features - most have DVD players (timeshare units have VCRs) board games, books, most have wireless internet access in the room etc.
There is nothing quite like Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach - THE ONLY CONDO RESORT ALONG THE "NO DRIVE" PORTION OF THE BEACH - 4 heated pools (2 inside and 2 outside) - 1 with a twisty water slide; 3 outdoor jacuzzis, 250' lazy river, children's interactive water center, spa services with manicures, pedicures, and massage services, exercise room, outdoor putting green and indoor 9 hole putt putt course; on-site restaurant, indoor and pool bars. Kids and family activities and programs, arcade, computer center, business center.

Our condos: We have many different condo configurations: 1 bedroom oceanfront condos with a king bed or 2 doubles; 2 bedroom oceanfront and oceanview condos with king beds, or 2 queens, and 2 bedroom "lock-outs" that can be 2 seperate 1 bedroom condos or a 2 bedroom. Some master baths have a large 2 person jetted jacuzzi tub. All condos come complete with all linens and bath towels, full kitchens with all cookware and eatery including oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher etc, living rooms with queen sleeper sofas, in-unit washer/dryers, TVs with cable channels, stereos, VCRs and/or DVDs, oceanfront with private balcony, great views of the ocean, beach, pools, boardwalk, and pier.
Rates vary depending on the season and are as low as $89/nt for a 1 bedroom in the off-season and as high as $495/nt for a 2 bedroom during event weeks.
Ocean Walk Events:
Meet & Greet/Kid’s Check In: Friday-Sunday 3:00pm-5:00pm Activities Coordinators and staff members from other departments greet guests checking in. Refreshments are served, magician for entertainment, and a table with examples of each craft is set up. Kids can stop by for their “Welcome Pack”.
Pool Party: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 10:00-2:00 Jam with DJ Credible, play some pool games, join our famous kids vs. adults tug of war challenge, and enjoy fun in the sun.
Pool Side Cookout: Daily 11:30am-3:00pm
Italian Night: Thursday 5:00-8:00 Enjoy your choice of noodles, sauce, vegetables, meat cooked right in front of you and includes salad, dessert, and drinks.
Farewell Pancake Breakfast: Friday 8:00am-10:00am all you can eat pancakes cooked by a manager right in front of you, fun toppings, bacon, sausage, O.J., and coffee.
WELCOME / ORIENTATION EVENT: Welcome Breakfast~ Monday 8:30am & 10:00am Guests can find out the fun things to see and do in Daytona and here at the resort for the week while enjoying a complementary continental breakfast.
