Everything we sell on eBay is factory new. Our product lines include licensed products like Tinker Bell, Winnie The Pooh, Hello Kitty, Betty Boop, The Little Mermaid, Strawberry Shortcake and other animated character items and brand names. We offer quality and value in all the products we sell and always friendly service.Your Payment Options We accept major credit cards, debit cards, e-check and PayPal payments through PayPal. Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted by mail. Our Shipping Policies Orders are shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. Merchandise will be shipped only after payment has been received and cleared. Freight charges are calculated by weight. Shipping insurance is optional on domestic orders and included on International orders. When we are able to combine multiple items in the same package, our shipping costs may be reduced. We are always delighted to pass these savings on to our customers. When purchasing multiple items, please request an invoice before paying for your items so we can give you the best shipping rate. Some larger items cannot be combined with others due to size and/or weight. A Shipping Confirmation email will be
delivered upon shipment of order. Please check spam folders if your email is filtered. Terms of Sale and Returns Returns: (US ONLY) Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement at no additional cost provided we are informed via email within 3 days of package delivery. Specific instructions will be given after notification. Please do not return merchandise until you receive instructions and return shipping labels or the return claim may be rejected and buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If returned item is determined to be non-defective, buyer will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs and refunded the remainder of payment. Payment
refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement. All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed via email within 24 hours of package delivery. Residents of Alabama will be charged a 10% sales tax as required by our State Law. No returns or refunds on items shipped outside the USA! |
