RETURN POLICY FOR LINENS: Because of the nature of linens, I absolutely do not accept their return (under any circumstances). So please....... ask any questions prior to bidding. Color and feel of fabric is so subjective - I rely on what's printed on the package. What is one color or feel to you will be another color or feel to someone else. Once linens leave my home, I consider them 'used' (even if 'unopened'). They're able to pick up odors, hairs, fibers and under the worst conditions - stains.
COMBINED PURCHASES: I'll be glad to combine packaging for purchases from any of my auctions - which will result in a savings to you for shipping costs. IF YOU ARE COMBINING PURCHASES, PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF SUCH AND WAIT FOR MY INVOICE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. PLEASE DON'T MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT, AS THE COMBINED SHIPPING WON'T BE REFLECTED.
PAYMENTS: Payment is expected within five days of purchase, unless a previous agreement has been made.
SHIPPING: Shipping will be either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever is the least expensive for your zip code. If UPS rates are listed in an auction and you'd prefer it be sent Priority, please contact me for costs. UPS includes insurance at no additional cost, for Priority Mail, it's extra. A small packing fee is already included in the total to cover peanuts, bubblewrap and superior packaging. Your items WILL arrive intact. Items will be sent within two business days of your cleared payment, however the time that your item is in transit, is in addition to the shipping time and is completely out of my control. I'm in Florida and packages going anywhere out west can take up to five business days (more during the holidays) to be delivered.
