Anything being shipped within the state of Texas gets charged the 8.25% sales tax. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE CONTINENTAL US.

You MUST then REFUSE the item and have the driver take it back. ONCE THE DELIVERY FORM IS SIGNED, THE FREIGHT COMPANY IS NO LONGER LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, EVEN IF THE DAMAGE WAS DONE BY THEM. IF YOU SIGN THE FORM FREE AND CLEAR, THEN THAT MEANS YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AT WHICH POINT I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS. IF THERE WAS DAMAGE, THEN THE CLAIM WILL BE BETWEEN YOU AND THE FREIGT COMPANY. IF AND ONLY IF YOU REFUSED THE ITEM, THEN I WILL HANDLE THE CLAIM FOR YOU. The claim can take approximately 5 weeks to complete. If you are not willing to potentially have to wait for the 5 weeks, then do not buy this item. We don't have many problems with the freight companies, but in the event there is an issue, then we must follow the procedures. I will NOT send you a refund or send you a replacement oven until the claim has completed.
