Dolch Logic Analyzer LAM-3250

This unit appears to be in good physical condition.  It does have some dents and scratches on the case, but otherwise it is in good cosmetic condition.
When I powered it up it completed the initial self diagnostics and came up with the following message:

REV. 3A  NO OPTION AVAILABLE
   POWER UP SELF TEST COMPLETE:

     NONVOLATILE MEMORY ERROR:

TEST FAILED BY PROMS:

K21

After it powered up and gave the above message I pressed the menu button and it displayed a function screen.  (see pictures)

I don't know how to use this equipment and don't know how to test it beyond powering it up.
