A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

Buyer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of item in case of any problem with the item. We offer replacement
for a lost package or for a defective item. If replacement is not possible due to item not being in stock, then we
offer alternative items or a full refund. Also, if you are not satisfied due to some other reason, we will accept
a return of the item and offer a refund of the item price upon receipt of the item. (Please note that shipping
charges are not refundable in this case.) Item should not be used by buyer and should be returned in original
condition. Return shipping charges would have to be paid by buyer. In order to avail of this policy, we request you
not to leave negative or neutral feedback in a hurry. We assure you that we will try our best to resolve any
problems, and request your patience and understanding in such cases.
