Here is a vintage hardcover book with original dustjacket that would be a fantastic addition to a collection!   

You are bidding on a vintage First Edition hardcover book with original dustjacket titled I Went to the Soviet Arctic by Ruth Gruber. Published by Simon and Schuster, 1939.

First edition of this account of a woman traveling to interview Russian women arctic pioneers, and their role in the Communist system.

33 pages, extremely clean and tightly bound. Covers firmly attached with no splitting. Illustrated endpages. No writing in book at all and no signs of previous ownership. The unclipped dusjacket is in very good-plus condition. It has a closed tear on bottom front and a small tear with the paper wrinkled in that small section on rear of jacket. The book is in fine condition.

This is a scarce title with the original unclipped dustjacket!

Very collectible!

Would make a terrific addition to a collection.
