Registered Airmail includes insurance, the postal service is responsible for the shipping and compensates if parcel is lost. Fortunately, we had no cases when something was lost by this service.

2. Sending. The item(s) will be sent within 3 business days after the payment is received. Business days do not include weekends and national holidays of Ukraine (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May 1, etc.). The buyer will be informed about sending.

3. Delivery. The usual period of delivery is 7-10 days to European countries, 10-15 days to the USA, Canada, Japan, 14-21 days to Australia, New Zealand and other countries worldwide.

4. Delays. Very rarely, delays can occur in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control (postal service delays).
