Moving back to the farm where I grew up has rewarded me with many simple pleasures. I love to watch the goldfinches at the feeders, listen to the rustle of the cottonwood leaves and enjoy lunch in the summer kitchen. My love for vintage textiles came from my grandmother. After spending all of her morning in the garden then making a fabulous lunch including homemade cottage cheese, bread, home grown vegetables and fruit and always a fresh cake or pie--THEN she would relax for an hour in the afternoon with her needlework. She taught me how to quilt and crochet talking all the time we worked about every thing under the sun. What I wouldn't give to have one more afternoon with Grandma. Unfortunately, the closets in the farm house are overflowing with all my treasures I have collected through the years and I must part with some of them. All of my items have been expertly cared for and cleaned. Hopefully, you will enjoy them as much as I have.
