Movie description
Directed by Kenichi Nishida, the comedy anime series PAPUWA is a hilariously subversive foray into the bizarre. When army soldier Kitaro wakes up in a tropical paradise with no memory of how he got there, the island's eccentric inhabitants--including a miniature strongman named Papuwa; his adult male housemaid, Liquid; a cross-dressing fish, Tanno; a hermaphroditic snail, Ito; and a hallucinogenic mushroom, Komoro--band together to help their amnesiac guest in a series of wacky and anarchic adventures. This collection continues the charmingly surreal anime with episodes 6-10.
