The building is very safe, a first door with code, a second door with interphone, a high quality safety door for the apartment. And you are with 200 meters of the central police station of the 5th district, 400 meters of the parisian prefecture of police forces and the Hôtel-Dieu Hospital.

Located at 100 meters of Notre-Dame, you are in the center of the Quartier Latin. With less than 10 minutes by foot, you have: the Panthéon, the Collège des Bernardins, îles de la Cité et Saint-Louis, Saint-Germain des Prés, the Sainte-Chapelle, the Conciergerie, the Sorbonne University, the museum and garden of Cluny, the Mouffettard-Contrescarpe District, the place Saint-Michel, the Garden of Luxembourg, the Académie francaise, the Town Hall of Paris, Chatelet-Les Halles, Beaubourg, le Marais. Five minutes more and you arrive at the Museum of the Louvre.

By subway, without change, you reach the museum of Orsay, the French Assemblée Nationale, the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, the Library Francois Mitterrand, the Montparnasse cemetery, Montmartre-Sacré-Coeur, the Chateau of Versailles, le Stade de France, four main railway stations (Montparnasse, Austerlitz, East, North), two airports (Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly). This price is for 7 days, but you can rent less. Minimum rental, 3 days. Discount price for one month.

Payement (in Euros or US Dollars) : 30% for the booking by paypal (with 3% of charge) or bankwire (free), the rest 10 days before arrival or cash the day of arrival.
