I do my best to describe all items as accurately as possible and am very particular about the items I sell. I generally don't allow returns or refunds, but if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and before leaving negative/neutral feedback and we can try to work something out.

Payment is appreciated within 3 days of the end of the auction. If you will be unable to pay within 3 days, please email me to let me know when you will be sending your payment. I am reasonable and understand that life happens sometimes.

I generally mail items out within 12-24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Most packages are sent USPS Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation and you should receive your package within 2-3 days.
