Notes
I work toward providing you with 5 STAR service in all categories. I try to give an accurate description of the item, charge only the amount it costs me for shipping charges, ship within the time shown, let you know when your order is shipped (along with tracking number), and work with you, if there is a problem of any sort with your order.
I leave feedback when the transaction is totally completed: you have received the item safely and as described, or if there is a problem, we have worked together for a solution. For a good, satisfactory transaction, the easiest way for you to let me know that you have received and item and are satisfied, is to leave feedback. You can always contact me through eBay mail for any reason, also. I will leave feedback as soon as possible after that.
We try to keep an adequate stock of products we list, but sometimes we do run out of an item, unexpectedly. All items are in stock at the time of the listing. I try to end items as soon as they go out of stock, however occassionally I will not be fast enough and an order will be placed, before I can remove it, or before I am alerted, that it has been sold out. In the event that your item has become out of stock, I will contact you as soon as I am aware. If you have paid, I will issue a full refund through PayPal. I don't hold orders for items on backorder because I can't guarantee when my suppliers will have a new shipment to me.
