This costume is NEW and has not been exposed to smoke or pets. I'm
sorry, but in order to maintain quality, I don't accept returns on
costumes. Shipping is FREE anywhere in the USA or Canada. International shipping is $5.00 I ship within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment Monday through Friday. I
don't offer USPS insurance as an option because it is so difficult to
