 Q: What if I don't have any photos or artwork just an idea of what I want?
A: We have access to thousands of stock photos and clipart images that we can use
to help create an unforgettable card... just tell us what you have in mind.

Q: Do you design custom logos as part of the free design services?
A: Your business identity is our #1 priority so we ALWAYS strive make your business
name stand out on every card we design... even without a formal logo. Due to
the unique nature of the logo creation process, it is NOT part of the free design
service. However, we would be happy to work with you to create a custom logo
to fit your specific needs. Please contact us more information.

Q: I already have a card I like - can I send you my own files for printing?
A: Absolutely! For best results, we just want to insure that the file resolution is at
least 300dpi (dots per inch). We accept files in TIFF, PDF, EPS, JPG as well as
native PhotoShop, Illustrator or InDesign file formats (CS3 or earlier). Remember
to embed any linked artwork and to outline all fonts that are not rasterized.

Q: How thick are my cards going to be?
A: This is a great question! Nobody is impressed by a thin, flimsy business card.
On the other hand, some of those "Super Heavy" 16pt cards are thick enough to
scrape ice with and can start to fill a wallet pretty darn quick... Our cards are
printed on a sturdy (but not too thick) 14 point gloss coated cardstock which is
treated with a UV coating for added protection and durability.

Q: What is your "Satisfaction Guarantee"?
A: We understand that repeat customers are the life-blood for any business so we
want you to be completely satisfied with your new business cards. If you are not
completely satisfied with the quality of the finished product, we will make every
effort to correct the issue and reprint the order for free. If you are still unhappy
with your experience, simply ship us the unused cards and receive a full refund.
