In 1964, the intrepid 007 pursued Goldfinger in an Aston Martin DB5 with, in Q's words, 'some rather interesting modifications', including bullet-proof shield, machine guns, ejector seat, tyre slashers, rotating number plates and (less surprisingly) opening hood, boot and doors. Our impressively large and weighty 10'' long model is similarly spiced up for action - and boasts individually spoked wheels, detailed seats and lifelike dashboard.
The Aston Martin DB5 is the first of two cars from RC2 to celebrate the release of Casino Royale. The latest DB5 in the 1:18th scale range is the quintessential James Bond car, first seen in Goldfinger(1964) and periodically throughout 007's adventures on the silver screen and in videogames.
