Small Japanese Cloisonne Ginbari Lily Vase Marked Ota

Up for auction is a Japanese Cloisonne Ginbari vase. There is a faint stress line to the left of the purple lily which I tried to photograph but was unable - sorry.  There is no missing enamel - some discoloration to the foiling around the bottom.  It is only 3 inches tall.    Please ask questions and I will try and answer.
