Japanese Cloisonne Ginbari Blue Rose Presentation Vase

Up for auction is a nice Japanese cloisonne ginbari presentation vase.  I believe this is what it says on the back.  I forget the exact translation.  Unfortunately the right side of it has some damage, but no
enamel loss.  The upper rim is pretty tarnished.  It comes with the base and the box.  The foiling underneath is tiny petaled flowers which you can see under magnification but I couldn't get a good picture
of it.  Very cute little vase.  It is a little over 5 1/4 inches with the base 4 3/4 inches without.  The inner lining of the box is pretty beat up too.
