    GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

    • We attempt to ship all orders whose confirmation of funds is received by 11 A.M on a working day the same day and have been achieving a 99% success rate in that.     The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents and in saleable condition. We may deduct higher restocking or refuse the return depending on the condition of returned product.     Remanufactured products are not exchanged. They can only be repaired by the authorized repair centers. While we can assist you with the process we will not accept any returns on remanufactured products.
