This made by Matel.  This is the top and a detachable cape.  There is no size shown on it's tag so I assume by the way it fits on my daughter that it is a size 8.  If you need for me to take measurements I can.  This is just the top and cape.  This is to a costume but I think it could be used as a jacket/windbreaker.  Nothing else included.

I ship to the US only.  Shipping is free unless you are in HI or AK.  If you are please pay $2.00 shipping.  Insurance is $2.00 if you would like it.  Items are mailed in a poly mailer.  If you would like it shipped in a box please pay for priority mail.
