CONDITION OF ITEM:
Item is Brand New (unless otherwise mentioned in the auction). Each item is individually inspected by our quality control staff prior to shipment for any physical damage or missing parts.

WARRANTY:
All warranties are contingent to a professional installation at a reputable mobile electronic facility.
Warranty is contingent upon bench testing the product within 5 days of receiving the product. 
An installation invoice must be provided for a defective unit.
Defective merchandise will be either repaired or exchanged out for the same model number. No refunds.
Returned merchandise should be in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, and all accessories that came with it.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns.
Once the package has been received allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
Defective merchandise will be bench tested at our workshop. If found defective we will either repair it or replace it and ship it back to the buyer.
All products include an exclusive Grand-Electronics warranty.
The warranty is through Grand-Electronics only, and not offered thru manufacturer.

SHIPMENT:
Items will be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address ONLY. (No exceptions)
Items will not be shipped to FPO, APO.  We do not accept International orders or local pick ups.
Tracking number will be emailed to you at your email address that ebay has on file for you.
