BATWING SIX BULB DINING ROOM SLIP SHADE CHANDELIER

The Vintage Lighting & Fan Shoppe is proud to offer another quality restoration from our workshop. This listing is for a batwing six bulb slip shade dining room chandelier that was made in the 1930`s. This fixture has been completely restored by a qualified lampsmith, please see my ME page for my qualifications and the methods required to obtain a professional quality restoration. The fixture has been hand refinished in the original antique bronze,  it measures 20 inches across with the shades installed and the drop is 33 inches, links can be added or removed to suit your needs and it can be converted to a semi-flush mount fixture if you have shorter ceilings. The fixture has received new UL approved sockets, wiring (the main feed wire is reproduction cloth covered wire similiar to what was used originally) and 3 way switch, all new hardware including the brass plated steel chain and polished brass pendant stem (both are exact duplicates of the original). A new crossbar and mounting screws are also included plus it comes with the ground wire required to meet current building codes so it is ready for immediate installation by your electrician. The 3 way switch allows you to turn on just the bottom light, just the five outer lights or all six lights at once (see photos), perfect for use over the dining table. All six of the white frosted slip shades are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
