Warranty Policy

The warranty insures that if anything goes wrong with mechanical or structural parts, under normal use, we will repair or replace the defective parts for free. Warranty length is 12 months.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. There will be a 20% restocking charge for all returned chairs unless defective or damaged. Buyer incurs return shipping expenses. If your chair arrives damaged, please email or call us for replacement parts within the warranty period.
