Application

Thoroughly cleanse skin. Apply a layer of the mud mask to the entire face avoiding the eye area. Leave the mask on for 5 – 20 minutes. To remove the mask; wrap the black mineral bar in a tissue and glide over the mask on the skin. The black mineral bar will remove the mud leaving behind a beautiful oily residue. The residue can be massaged in and then cream applied or removed with a milk cleanser.

Customer Service:

Pleas know that all of our products are from the ‘Dead Sea Premier’ factory.

How ever, some times the machine don’t tape the tinfoil very well, so we put around the jar a white tape to prevent leakage during the delivery.

 

Some times when receiving a package, it is look like it crushed on the way. We usually wrap the products very well, so open the package (It is very important) in front of the clerk or delivery guy, and check the content to see if there is no damage. If there is damage, fill a complaint form for the insurance. We are always add insurance to our packages.

 

It is highly recommended to let the cream relax in your room temperature at least 24 hours after its long trip from Israel, and use it after 24 hours.
