This is a Shirt Top and Skirt Set that is better than the typical costume.  The quality of this set is far superior and either item can be worn in a normal work or casual setting. 

The vintage shirt with balloon sleeve, scoop neckline, slim cuffs with rinestone type buttons on the cuffs and down front closure. Pleats at waist-line.
Approx. length: 24 inches.

This is a cute gothic Victoria long skirt, double layer hem with lace detail, the back can be tied up to make a bustle effect, also can be worn down for a classic look.
