• Payments must be received at the time of purchase.
  If you are unable to pay for the item within this timeframe, please do not bid on the item. All payments are due in US dollars (USD). Please, no payment plans or lay-a-way options available.

  We prefer bank-to-bank transfers. Transfer details will be furnished at the end of the Auction.

  We on occasion will accept cashier’s checks, and personal checks. All personal checks, certified checks will be held for 14 business/working days or until the funds are cleared by the bank. International buyers can only pay by bank-to-bank transfer only.

  Sales to shipping addresses within the State of California will be subject to you locally applicable state sales tax – NO EXCEPTIONS. We ONLY ship to verified addresses and require an adult signature.

Shipping Policy

• We Ship Worldwide. Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance on all item(s).

  • Due to the high end items we sell, we require insurance on all items purchased.
  • We only use brand new shipping materials that are triple boxed and security sealed.
  • We keep photographic documentation of the watch boxes and papers to guarantee that any return is the same watch as we shipped.
  • All items shipped are fully insured via our third party carrier for loss/theft.
  • Shipping is based on the value of the watch and the size and weight of the box. As you are aware, some watches , like Panerai and Audemars can have bulky heavy boxes that can significantly increase overnight shipping costs

  ** Please note that we only ship to select International Countries. Please email for information on whether we ship to your location. **

  • We do NOT ship to Indonesia or Nigeria!!!!
  • We video tape the packing process from start to finish to guarantee that you are actually shipped the item that you purchased. We will e mail you a jpeg of this video upon shipping for your documentation and security.
  • When the package arrives please inspect the package to be sure that it is in the identical condition as we shipped it and that it has not been tampered with.

  Foreign Shipments – Customs – Import Duties

  • Do not ask us to declare a smaller amount that the value to try to save on import duties as we will NOT do this.

Returns Policy

• At CavallinoJewelers we stand behind everything we sell. If you are unhappy with your watch for any reason, we must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of the watch by either email or by phone in regards to the reason for the return.

  Cavallino Jewelers will provide a shipping label for the item to be returned to us fully insured by our third party provider. A full refund will be given minus all shipping, handling and customs/international charges and bank fees. The item MUST be returned unworn, un-tampered with and in exactly the same condition it was received with all boxes, papers, documentation etc.

  There are NO re-stocking fees and no hidden fees.

We have been collecting watches for many years. In the process of acquiring many pieces, we became frustrated by surfing the web only

to find many beautiful informative web sites that had a lot of watches on their website but, when we called they rarely if ever had any of the watches in stock.

We decided to form Cavallino Jewelers to provide a web experience that eliminated ALL of the complaints and problems that we had encountered in our ongoing search for rare and collectible timepieces.

CavallinoJewelers promises you that:

1) Every watch that is shown on our web site WILL be available and can be shipped to you within 24 hours of receipt of funds (for payments recieved on Friday- items will ship Monday for security purposes).

2) The pictures that you will see on our website are pictures of the actual watch that you will receive. You will NOT see Stock Photos or

URL’s that refer you to another web site.

3) We will clearly describe the condition and the status of the boxes and papers.

4) We guarantee the accuracy of our descriptions. If you feel that we have not accurately described the item we will gladly accept it back for a refund minus shipping costs.

5) Packaging and shipment will ONLY be done with new boxes and proper packaging techniques.

6) We will video tape the actual packaging process for documentation purposes.

7) Shipment will ONLY be by overnight, fully insured carriers.

8) International shipments will ONLY be sent fully insured.

9) International buyers are FULLY responsible for and import duties and taxes.

Most of our sales come from referrals for prior clients. It is our primary goal to make you, the customer, completely happy and to develop a long term relationship.

We accept trades as well as items on consignment.

We have access to one of the best watch repairers in the country and guarantee our product will perform to manufacturer’s specifications upon arrival.

If, during the first year after your purchase, you want to trade the watch back to us, we will re-purchase the watch, as long it is in the exact same condition and unaltered, complete with all boxes and papers for 80% of what we sold the watch to you for. If the condition is not “up to par” (remember that we have photographic documentation and video documentation, the trade value may be less).
