Movie description
A bizarre romp of a Canadian road movie, the premise of AMERICAN BEER is one that many Gen-Xers will identify with: four young men have left their Alberta homeland to travel to California in pursuit of cheap beer and a good time. Of course their vehicle is sub-par, and breaks down in the middle of the Badlands; the four split up to go in search of the necessary alternator, each encountering the underbelly of American culture in a particularly riotous way. They experience love, crime, danger, and even a little insight along the way, With plenty of lowbrow humor and slapstick capers. Set to an incredible, hip soundtrack, this trip will prove memorable to anyone with a sense of humor!.
