Payments & Checkout
We accept the following payment methods:
- Paypal for all worldwide buyers. We accept AU dollar, UK pound, EURO, US dollar and Canadian dollar only.
Paypal is our preferable payment method. Payment
is expected to be received within 7 days of auctions close. However, if
you are bidding on multiple items, please submit your payment after
your last item's auction has ended.
There is no hidden fee, the price and postage you see is the total price you pay.
Return / Exchange Policy
All of our offers are backed by 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange.
We provide a 30 days return policy, calculated from the date we shipped the item to you.
Before mailing us back the item, please contact us so that we
can provide you the detailed return & exchange instruction.
Please note that shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your
mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that
provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number. Shipping Details / Combine Shipping Discount
We
provide flat rate postage for worldwide buyers. Normally, we will ship
your order within 3 business days after receipt of your cleared payment. We
are proud to offer professional air mail service provided by the Hong
Kong Post to most international locations. They provide reliable,
efficient and universal postal services to worldwide since 1841.
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery worldwide from Hong Kong.
Normally we ship your items to your eBay primary postal address, if this is not available, the second choice will be the Paypal address, unless specified.
We
love to combine shipping for all purchases within a 7 day period. For
car sticker/decal, buyers only need to pay the postage cost for the one
with highest postage fee only, auction items are excluded.
It
is recommended buyer contact us by sending a confirmation email or an
eBay message after completed multiple purchases, we will send you an
invoice immediately and provide combine shipping discount accordingly.
Tracking number will be provided by request only if buyer pays for shipping insurance.
