Return Policy:

We handle returns on an individual basis, and try to be as fair as possible to make you a happy returning customer.

Our first and foremost goal is customer service. If your are not completely happy with our service or your purchase, or if you ever receive anything from us that is damaged, or not as described, please contact us.

We have different return policies for our many different products.

Our Coffee products are guaranteed Fresh when delivered to your door.  They have a 3 to 8 month shelf life.

We do not take back Coffee for refund or exchange unless damage during shipping or you received a package out of date.

We sell a lot of antiques, collectibles and some used items. We test these items to make sure they are working when we list them. These items are sold " AS IS " and we do not accept returns on them unless we misrepresented the item in some way.

We do insure all the items we ship against damage or loss. We will process any claim and it may take between 10 to 30 days depending on the type of claim to get a refund.

You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to notify us you would like to return it.

At our option we will either Exchange, Refund or Give Store Credit for the return.

Any item where delivery is refused, or being returned do to no fault of our own, there will be a Twenty Five Percent ( 25% ) Restocking Fee.  You also pay for the return shipping.

We Do Not Refund or Give Credit for Shipping and Handling on Returns except for items Damaged, lost during shipping or due to error on our part.

All Items Must Be In Their Original State and Packaging.

We are small business that believes customer service is of the up most importance, and we strive to make our customers happy.

We deal in closeouts, discontinued, overstocked, new and used items.

Not often but occasionally. Only has happened 3 times in 4 years.  We run out of an item and will not know till after you buy it.  We have our warehouse and 2 other locations we sell from. Although we try to keep very accurate inventory records, and our system shows we have the item.  We do find out when we go to ship we are out of the item.  In that rare case if we won't have it restocked with in 24 hrs.  We will email you telling you when we will receive it and give you a choice of a refund or waiting till we restock.  Should we not be able to let you know a date we will get to restock item.  We will email you letting you know and refund your money.

We strive on having a very accurate inventory system and having the items in stock when buy them.
