Heated Food Display Cabinet

Up for auction is a HATCO Flav-R-Fresh 3-Tier Revolving Holding and Display Pretzel Cabinet Model FDW-2 in great used cosmetic condition.  The case of the unit has only a few scratches and scuffs on it due to normal wear and tear.  The top is, however, missing a couple screws causing it to lift up and slide around a little.  Both doors and door hinges seem to be in pristine condition with no visible damage on them.  All of the control dials and lights are also in great physical shape.  Please refer to the provided pictures for details.

We powered on the unit and increased the temperature in order to make sure the unit heats up.  We heated the unit up to around 140 Degrees Fahrenheit (about 5 minutes), so it appears that the warmer is functioning correctly.  As we were heating it up, we noticed that the motor used to rotate the pretzels would slip causing the racks to stay stationary for long periods of time.  We tried to fix this problem, but no solution could be found.  Next, we filled the trap with water and tried to use the humidity control on the unit.  We got the humidity cycle light to come on but it was hard to tell whether or not the humidity was changing inside the case. 

This particular model has power requirements of 120 Volts, 12.3 Amps and basic 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of 1470 Watts.  Included in this sale is an attached 3-prong NEMA 5/15 power cord.  Due to our inability to accurately test this cabinet's features as well as the problem with the rack motor, we must sell this item as-is and as described.
