All Blu-Ray Steelbooks are placed in a poly sleeve to protect the factory seal, then wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, then are wrapped in a layer of corrugated cardboard and finally placed in a bubble envelope for shipping. All shipments are fully insured at no extra charge. All shipments, without exception, are made using CanadaPost. Sorry, but I cannot offer local pickup The Shipping & Handling rates listed below are reflected in the "E-Bay Shipping & Handling" section lower down on the page. The Shipping & Handling rates being charged are the rates charged by CanadaPost and are not inflated to increase profit.

Response Time to Buyer Inquires

I try to respond to inquires as quickly as possible as it is my belief that my response to potential buyers should be in a time-frame and a manner that I prefer when I am on the buying side of E-Bay. To me, as a buyer, nothing is more important during the auction than having my questions responded to quickly. In 1 to 2 business days, a suggested reponse time by E-Bay, I am looking at something else.

Steelbook Disclaimer

Steelbooks movie cases are made of metal and may encounter dings beneath the plastic that are not visible to the naked eye, or may have slight imperfections that are hidden by the factory wrapping and/or cardboard inserts. I personally inspect each steelbook before shipment and describe the actual condition to the best of my ability in the actual listing. I pride myself on the method by which I package the steelbook(s) for shipment and do my best to protect them against damage. I am more than happy to accept returns of unopened steelbooks that you have chosen not to keep, and will provide you with a full refund, less original and return shipping costs. In the unlikely event that shipping damage occurs, I will replace your steelbook when possible, or provide a full refund so long as buyer assistance is provided with the filing of the postal insurance claim. I apologize, but I cannot replace steelbooks due to a small imperfection being found after the steelbook has been opened.
