Return Policy

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 7 days from the date of the delivery.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), please email us to receive your RMA #.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees.   All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception to errors on our end.
