You are bidding on one used Giles Scientific Biomic Vision Antibiotic Susceptibility Test Clinical Microbiology System.

Our knowledge of this item is extremely limited.  We did come across a website bearing the same name as this item (www.Biomic.com) but the product for sale there is clearly several generations newer and more advanced than this item is.

All we know about this item is that it is beige, has 2 SCSI connections, one 15-pin connection, one power connection (voltage unknown) one green light, one SCSI ID selector, one toggle switch, and a pull-out tray with a slot that looks to be intended for a petri dish.

The product on the website linked above appears to be some all-in-one device for taking various readings of a culture sample, as well as a camera for viewing said sample.  However, we do not know which, if any, of the features this older product shares with its currently-selling descendant.

Included is the "abbreviated product manual" which was with this unit when we received it.  The Front page of the manual call the unit an "Antibiotic Susceptibility Test Clinical Microbiology System" and goes over setup and basic operation of the unit.
